Dunstane comprises of 38 opulent bedrooms over two Classic Grade II listed properties built c.1852 for a wealthy Edinburgh merchant, situated opposite each other. There is free, private car parking available at both properties, a rarity for Edinburgh City centre and you can leave your car here while you explore City's most fashionable streets for shopping and dining. If you are not driving, there is a frequent Airlink service to Edinburgh Airport that stops just outside our door and Haymarket Rail Station is a couple of minutes away.

Inspired by the owner's Orcadian heritage you will find Blue Shell Sheltand Mussels, a trio of Isle of Aaran Salmons and selected prime cuts of Orkney beef. Our home made desserts are a delicious end to your culinary experience.

You can choose from an extensive wine list or a selection of Ales from Scotland's Micro brewers, so you can enjoy a real Scottish beer. We have over 70 malt whiskies from all over Scotland and the recent addition of our Gin & Tonic bar ensures there is something for everyone.
